Suggestions for improvement

  • I would like to see them hire management based upon education, not physical appearances. It just isn't right to have someone with a G.E.D. to be in charge of employees required to have a college degree. How can you supervise a position you don't meet the educational requirements to do yourself?

What I like about the company

Helping the poor was the most rewarding experience.

What I dislike about the company

it was so political. Women almost always got the promotions. Men were basically looked down upon in what was traditionally known as a woman's line of work.
