They do tell you when you do something wrong.

Attitude towards older colleagues
You won't be there long enough to worry about being an older employee.

They will pay as little as possible and get mad when you question the hours they rip you off for.
Office / Work Environment
Hostile work environment. Only climate controlled in office. Half the plumbing in the building doesn't work.
They will recycle something if they find a way to make a dollar off it.
Long hours, screw your personal time. No life outside of busting your butt as they try to keep from paying out on overtime.
None, you won't last a year if that.
No ADA access unless you go to the end of the warehouse rollup door opposite where the painted ADA parking is located at the office side.
They pressure you into hurting yourself with unsafe practices. Brow beat you into not filing workmans comp. Don't comply with OSHA. Will punish you for taking time to go to the doctor.
Not really, is a prostitute proud of taking it in the butt?

Treat everyone like slaves, only women in the office. Fire you instead of raises.
Suggestions for improvement
- Top down issues, no fix without completely restructuring. Old owner removed in hostile take over, current leadership exploits employees. "You take care of me, I'll take care of you." Its only take and take more.

What I dislike about the company
Was under paid, over worked, and terminated after busting my butt to try and fix the issues. Same with many other coworkers. Right to work has only made it worse.
