Company Culture

Hostel work environment.

Support from management

Equal opportunity exploitation... They will exploit anyone.

Teamwork

Everyone and then the owner... no team.

Freedom to work independently

No directions, then punish everyone. Real sweat shop.

Internal Communication

They do tell you when you do something wrong.

Gender Equality

No women on the floor... ever.

Attitude towards older colleagues

You won't be there long enough to worry about being an older employee.

Career Development

Dead end job, sweat shop.

Overall compensation for your work

They will pay as little as possible and get mad when you question the hours they rip you off for.

Office / Work Environment

Hostile work environment. Only climate controlled in office. Half the plumbing in the building doesn't work.

Environmental Friendliness

They will recycle something if they find a way to make a dollar off it.

Work-Life Balance

Long hours, screw your personal time. No life outside of busting your butt as they try to keep from paying out on overtime.

Company Image

No.

Job Security

None, you won't last a year if that.

Handicapped Accessibility

No ADA access unless you go to the end of the warehouse rollup door opposite where the painted ADA parking is located at the office side.

Workplace Safety

They pressure you into hurting yourself with unsafe practices. Brow beat you into not filing workmans comp. Don't comply with OSHA. Will punish you for taking time to go to the doctor.

Challenging Work

Not really, is a prostitute proud of taking it in the butt?

Inclusive / Diverse

Treat everyone like slaves, only women in the office. Fire you instead of raises.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Top down issues, no fix without completely restructuring. Old owner removed in hostile take over, current leadership exploits employees. "You take care of me, I'll take care of you." Its only take and take more.

What I like about the company

Nothing.

What I dislike about the company

Was under paid, over worked, and terminated after busting my butt to try and fix the issues. Same with many other coworkers. Right to work has only made it worse.

Company Culture

Staff not around long enough to make culture.

You will be blamed for everything.

All about the owner, that's it.

Left without directions, blamed for end result if wrong. Good results not rewarded.

Internal Communication

None, accept meetings to tell you how you need to do more, better.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Everyone is disposable.

You can move up. Due to senior employee turn over. Won't make it past annual review most likely though.

Only concern it make max profits for owner.

Job Security

None. You are disposable.

Handicapped Accessibility

Has ADA parking, with stairs into the building. Nothing else is ADA really.

Workplace Safety

No real training, No lockout tag out. No properly labeled chemicals. Machine guarding sort of. Proper lifting is strongly discouraged. OSHA still doesn't find anything.

Fast pace, always short deadlines, stay until your done or pay the price.

Inclusive / Diverse

Attractive girls in office only. No minorities or women in shop.
