Suggestions for improvement
- Better chairs. More number of supervisors. More opportunities to advance. And more options for an individual to con forth and say I’m ready to move to the next level rather than having to wait for the high office to decide to evaluate everyone at the same time.
What I like about the company
Having the experience of advancing in the field of IT at such a young age was motivating for me, it was well paid and well asses when I needed additional support with the New softwares we would have. I also enjoyed the multiple kitchenette surrounding the office spaces to make sure we had a drink available to stay hydrated as we prepare to be on the phones through the shifts. I also enjoyed the quiet room.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove that our supervisor were given other tasks while they were supposed to be available for us, specially when an angry customer was adamant of speaking to a supervisor.
I also disapprove of not having good chairs for every cubicle. Also, employees must be more educated on being respectful to other cultures.
