They don't hire men

If you are not an undocumented immigrant there is no job security

The receptionist is manic bipolar and they leave her alone with access to a gun, she even admits that she can loose it and start shooting people

They do not want their employees to learn

They belittle the "white" employees.

  • Hire people that are actually qualified and not illegals that get paid cash under the table.

Nothing, worst working environment

Horrible work ethic. Hostile work environment. Racially bias attitudes.

Double standards are ridiculous. Only one person is permitted to work around their college school schedule and the other college students must make the office their priority.

Company Image

Unless you are related to the owner or an old family friend, do not expected to be greatest fairly. They will make negative racial comments about the employees that are natural born US citizens.

Job Security

If the manager or receptionist do not like you, even if the owner does, your employment will be terminated based on false information.

  • Get new management, one that has leadership skills and is actually qualified for the job.

The double standards are ridiculous. You must be undocumented or an old family friend to have special privileges such as paid vacation and paid holidays or leaving early without prior approval.
