Suggestions for improvement
- I would change sexist policies and better define dress codes so it is less based on local religious beliefs and more based on company professionalism and equality.
What I like about the company
I've had great experiences working with clients and co workers. Lead aides were great and supportive. Experiences differ based on particular areas in the company. The clients make it worth some negatives.
What I dislike about the company
There is a policy that women change Male and female clients but Male staff only change Male clients and cannot help if a female is having issues and disrobes while female staff are required to help with both Male and female incidents. This policy is sexist and negatively affects both Male and female staff. There are also dress code requirements that are vague and based on local religious values. Diversity in thought is not a company strong point.
