- Clean house, in my vertical there was a 1:1 ratio manager to engineer, many of these managers were looking for to export risk to the weaker managers, and the people below them.

I dislike about the employer
The lack of any integrity at and above my direct manager. The felling that every assignment is a setup for failure. Being held accountable for your managers poor decisions. 3.15 Billion annually but the company will not even provide coffee for its employees.
