Good intentions, but leadership does not walk the talk
Support from management
You only get support if the project comes from Tirso. Otherwise it will be postponed or killed.
Great people work at Cacique, always trying to do their best. Leadership kills those efforts by changing the objectives and by always wanting to do things in their own way
Freedom to work independently
Micromanagement all the way. If you are out of the office, you need to send pictures or updates constantly.
Everything is treated as a huge secret, and it cannot be shared with other people in the same team.

Tense, and quiet, driven by fear
They expect you to be there before 7 am and to be there after 5 pm. If you have a company event on weekends you do not get a make up date.

- Make Cacique a consumer driven company. At this moment, everything is based on 1 person idea of the consumer, and his ideas are wrong in several key aspects.

Family owned, medium size company, good products.
