Fear based environment from the owner down. People disappear (canned) quickly.
Support from management
Here is the rub, the management is awful from the top down.
The main focus here is making money, not taking care of patients or looking out for employees.
They do not set realistic expectations. You will not help influence decisions here. The admin knows it ALL.
Some individual departments work well together. Not the administrative team.
Freedom to work independently
Autonomy? Yes, salary people are encouraged to set up their life in anyway that lends them to be there for 10-14 hours. Because they are given 16 hours of work per day.
Reviews are always late.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They don't have any. Everyone is young.
You're on your own here.
Overall compensation for your work

The admin walks in at 9 and leaves usually by 3, leaving the line staff working short and management team working (unpaid) overtime.
Vacation can be hard to schedule.
Looks very pretty on the surface, but very integrity is only skin deep here.
Just ask about the turnover. There is a reason orientation always seems to be going on.
It is a rehab.
