I have experienced a very safety focused company that takes protecting its employees very seriously.

Suggestions for improvement

  • I would like to see a better hiring process. We tend to be understaffed and when we receive new hires there seems to be no qualification process. They either can’t preform the job like they said or they quit shortly after being hired.

What I like about the company

This company has always been willing to make sure I have all the tools I need to succeed at my job. They have purchased many different types of safety gear and equipment for me and my co-workers so we can feel comfortable while we work. It really shows me how much they care about us and what we do.

What I dislike about the company

We have had issues with communication. We tend not to hear about policy changes and other company updates until weeks or months after they go into effect. I would like to see a better system in place for communication
