I never felt like I could trust management. Misleading.
Support from management
Management is based on nepotism versus qualifications and a Degree in management. Management is not the greatest and very frustrating.
Some of the MA's work hard but many are so green they slow you down.
Not one review or performance evaluation in a year.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seniority does not exist with the providers.
Professional advancement criteria does not exist for the providers. There is no training available for providers to advance themselves.
Overall compensation for your work
Always paid on time. They do offer benefits.
Office / Work Environment
I shared a small space in a small office with 2-3 other providers at a time. Very cramped conditions. They did not have Up-to-date which is essential for any medical practice making the right decisions for its patient population. Computers were slow and old.
Time off was fair when asked in advance. Leaving on time at close of business was rare.
The practice was clean. They make it attractive with decor. Never heard employees talk fondly about the company. I heard many negatives comments from employees about the company.
Not a stable practice, several lulls during the day with its patient population. Was allowed to take vacation then let go one week after returning from vacation. Many unnecessary jobs in the company which wastes time and money. Too many employees with no formal training or degrees.
There were no disabled employees when I worked there.
Meets OSHA standards.
I enjoyed helping the patients I saw. But I have found that in every job I've had in the medical field.

They do not discriminate against race. Opinions and ideas fall on deaf ears.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire a new management team that is qualified with degrees and experience in management. Hire medical personnel with experience to help the providers work quickly and efficiently. Stop the favoritism. Recognize the people that contribute to the company's success and eliminate all the unnecessary jobs wasting money in the company.
What I like about the company
Location was nice and so was the office.
What I dislike about the company
Nepotism/favoritism big time and the number of employees with no formal training or degrees. Unnecessary jobs within the company. Too much office gossip as well.
