Company Culture

Favors extroverts.

Teamwork

MId-level management is often promoted into positions in which they have no experience because their positions are redundant. They therefore tend to cause structural damage to their newly assigned departments and ultimately serious financial losses.

Freedom to work independently

Community Support is so understaffed it is frankly laughable.

Internal Communication

Many meetings but because skills are so compartmentalized communication does not flow and ideas get confused.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Mostly the attitude toward non-Exec and non-managerial staff is dismissive.

Career Development

Promises made, usually not enacted by Exec/Management levels.

Overall compensation for your work

Essentially fair starting wages, but scheduled advances are usually delayed if not ignored completely. (For base level employees.)

Work-Life Balance

Company demands too much of CS and QA divisions.

Company Image

They foister a sense of camaraderie but fall short of enacting promises made to non-Exec/Management employees.

Job Security

Relatively fair. Repeat chances are given -- unfortunately, also to Exec/Management making multiple costly decisions over surprising spans of time.

Challenging Work

When cross-communication and poor Exec decisions do not hinder actually assisting the client.

Inclusive / Diverse

Some diversity. Overwhelmingly caucasian staff, particularly in Exec level and management.
