Toxic internal environment. Every dept within the company, except sales, is set up to do everything but sell company products.
Support from management
Regional managers manage up. They will listen to challenges you face but executive team does not want to hear about problems facing company and regional managers powerless to implement change.
Overall compensation for your work
New executive leadership team has watered down compensation plans for sales people. Unless all measurables are hit, no commissions or bonuses are paid.
As a remote sales rep, if you are to complete all responsibilities as instructed by corporate, you will work 80+ hrs per week.
Suggestions for improvement
- Promote sales people who have been on the street and understand the challenges facing the company, know customers motivations and opinions of Caesarstone.

-New executive leadership team are invisible and do not want to hear about problems facing company.
-Department KPIs should be in alignment across dept lines.
-Internal communications are toxic.
-All problems, internally and externally, fall on the sales peoples shoulders.
-Not rewarded for sales production
-Negative messaging communicated by email on daily basis.
-Unreasonable productivity expectations.
-Executive leadership creates initiatives which do not help sales
