Suggestions for improvement
- make so people who shack there asses for the hire up dont go further than the people who do there jobs thanks
Caf was the 3rd rail car company that I have worked for and by far the worst, least experienced, and non helpfull managers I have come across.
Zero teamwork at caf do to everybody trying to be the star student to keep the managers happy rather than completing jobs on time. Note: the company has been super late delivering products to their customers.
Only challenging because had to re do things multiple times due to poor planning and blueprints and doing things like using caulk to fix everything rather than proper seals and gaskets.
