There is a mutual respect within and across departments.
Freedom to work independently
Their is an open door policy, and a voice of reason that listens to any concerns or ideas.
I have never seen where a female has been treated unfairly. There is an equal opportunity given to all individuals.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I believe the younger employees have great respect for the knowledge and length of time of the older colleagues or managers.
Overall compensation for your work
I feel the wage is very competative and if an employee qualifies for benefits, packages are available.
There is a work hard, play hard attitude - but getting time off for important life/family events is not an issue.
There is a sense of pride for the organization and where the employees work.
In my position, there is adequate work and an ever sense of a demand for services.
Suggestions for improvement
- More visits from corporate management and spending time with department heads.
What I like about the company
I am allowed/encouraged to present ideas to better our organization. A great group of people to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Like many companies, sometimes there is a little "red tape" or difficulty getting an idea or project off the ground.
