Suggestions for improvement
- Improve the pay structure for estimators. Offer a decent base and percentage based on weekly sales or monthly. Also offer more time off for your employees.
I like about the employer
Caliber does promote from within if u have the drive to move up
I dislike about the employer
The pay structure was a joke. They put you in the negative if u fail to reach your weekly sales goals. They will still pay you your base but you will have to pay the money back in sales the following week. So if u have a really bad week followed with a really good work will
Likely be a wash an absolute joke if u are trying to make money and not just earn a lame base which is usually under 40k. Also the time off is pathetic. They offer no time off your first year then you get a week your 2nd year. Horrible. I know of dealers and other collision centers that at min offer 2 weeks some offer 3 weeks after the first few years.
