The supervisors and customer service managers are VERY BOSSY toward the employees. The work Climate IS NOT based on fairness and trust.
Support from management
Employers DO NOT SUPPORT employers for their hard work. They do not involve employees in the decision-making process.
Employees DO NOT work well together and DO NOT interact in an honest and direct matter.
Freedom to work independently
The work load IS NOT fairly distributed and employees DO NOT have any say in the structure of their own area of responsibility.
Sometimes (but not always) the employees of being informed of their work process in front of the other co-workers and managers and sometimes customers which in some situations can be very embarrassing for that particular employee.
There is NO equality among employees. Some employees get career training even if they are least qualified for that position.
Attitude towards older colleagues
No senior worker was hired during my employment duration. and only one senior employee (out of many) was appreciated and supported.
an employee can get further training for other positions ONLY if the supervisor or customer service manager approves of that training even if the employee knows that training can approve his or her work performance.
Overall compensation for your work
The tellers are very under paid for the hard work they do. The company DOES NOT pay a satisfying salary. the raises are only a few cents (NOT DOLLARS) a year.
Office / Work Environment
The computers are very outdated. It will take about 5 minutes (when the computers are working) to sign on 3 very complicated screens to get them ready for work. And when the computers go down it will take a long time( sometimes a day ) for the IT department to figure out what the problem is to either solve it over the phone or send someone in person to fix the problem.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO awareness for environmental and climate protection. And the company DOES NOT support fair trade.
The employers ask employees 6 to 8 months ahead of time for their vacation schedule. and the employers can change the vacation schedule or the days the employees ask for day off for any reason ( i.e doctors appointments ) up to the day before the original day without any respect for that employee. There is ALWAYS a peer pressure in terms of working hours. Families are NEVER considered or important to employees.
Because of the way the employers treat their employers very badly and embarrassingly some times loudly in front of customers it will not leave a good image of the company in the mind of other people.
The job IS NOT staple at all. An employee can be terminated at any time without any explanation.

The company DOES NOT provide sufficient training for an accident free workplace.
I NEVER felt a sense of accomplishment or proud of my work products because I Never got the respect and the appreciation that I truly deserved for doing my work.
Inclusive / Diverse
The employees' opinions are Never supported or taken under the consideration even if it is for the benefit of the branch and the company. The employers do what they want even if it is wrong.

- The suggestions does not matter. The Management do what they believe is good for the company even if they are wrong.
