Suggestions for improvement
- Bonuses would be nice. Doughnuts would be nice
There is no trust between the employees and management.
There are no regular meetings, the papers we received that supposedly kept track of our sales were not even the correct ones.
Favoritism, it is all about who you can flirt with to get promoted to management.
High turnovers, longest sales agent was there 9 months. Long-serving colleagues/workers rarely get any time of bonus or pay raise.
