Company Culture

There is no trust between the employees and management.

Internal Communication

There are no regular meetings, the papers we received that supposedly kept track of our sales were not even the correct ones.

Favoritism, it is all about who you can flirt with to get promoted to management.

Attitude towards older colleagues

High turnovers, longest sales agent was there 9 months. Long-serving colleagues/workers rarely get any time of bonus or pay raise.

No benefits, no 40 hour weeks, no job security.

Office / Work Environment

The workstations are only setup when the campaign starts.

Company Image

Company does not treat their employees as equals. They expect too much and they do not have experience to lead a call center.

Challenging Work

Sometimes they do not even have a proper commission structure when the campaign starts. So you can be working on a campaign, make sales, and still have no clue what you are making in commission.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Provide work benefits like medical, vision, dental. Job evaluations every 3 months. Trust your employees and have set commission structures when beginning the new campaign.

What I like about the company

It was above minimum wage and the coworkers.

What I dislike about the company

Not 40 hour week as promise.
Lack of job security.
No benefits.
No Direct Deposits.
Lack of trust between management and employees in regards to campaign and commission.
