Support from management
The Company should pay for performance and acknowledge exemplary work ethic with higher wages. Management of different gyms are allowed to run things there own way . No raises. They should give their loyal employees raises.
Yes, we are trained in CPR however the cost to Worrell for the company is all on the new hire. You have to pay for the background check and your finger printing and CPR upfront.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give higher pay.
What I like about the company
They offer a free membership for myself and my family.
What I dislike about the company
They do not compensate well. The pay is low and they do not give raises or recognize loyal employees.
