Support from Management
The culture of the organization is set in its ways and is fairly simple - those in management positions "lead" and those not are expected to "follow." Overall, the institute is quite "bare-bones" and minimalistic and focuses on the education and research performed by faculty and students.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide forms for non-management employees to participate on how to improve the institute. Allow feedback from staff about their management to increase two-way feedback.
