The team that I work for is wonderful, but upper management is a problem. The work is challenging and rewarding.

- Upper management needs to be held accountable for their actions and held to the same standards and policies as team members.

I am able to help my team every day to serve our members well.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management is not not supportive or engaged with the team.
