don't waste your time!
SUPERVISORS DO NOT COMMEND EMPLOYEES UNLESS THEY ARE BEST FRIENDS.
Support from management
unorganized, lack of cohesion, incompetent people
People are rude disrespectful, drink on the job, and did inappropriate things and NOBODY EVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
Freedom to work independently
CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS WERE ABLE TO SLACK COMPLETELY WHILE EVERYONE ELSE PICKED UP THEIR WORKLOAD. UNBELIEVABLE
THEY ACT AS IF IT'S AN OPEN DOOR POLICY, BUT MANAGEMENT DID NOT TREAT EVERYONE EQUAL.
YOU HAVE TO BE FAMILIAR WITH MGMT AND ACT A CERTAIN WAY TO BE ACCEPTED.
Attitude towards older colleagues
IN THIS ENVIRONMENT CERTAIN PEOPLE WERE OVERLOOKED IF THEY DID NOT FIT THE MOLD.
PEOPLE IN OTHER CAMPAIGNS WERE PROMOTED FASTER THAN ANYONE IN CHEGG
Overall compensation for your work
NO BENEFITS LOW WAGES
NO BENEFITS, HARDLY NO PROMOTION UNLESS YOU WORK LIKE A DOG AND KISS UP TO MANAGEMENT.
more cons than pros so nobody talks fondly of this company more specifically CHEGG.
EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER, coworkers wouldn't get to know anyone unless you stayed a few months.
YES THEY HAD A RAMP, HANDICAP AS WELL
YES EXCEPT PEOPLE PRETENDED TO DRINK JUICE AT THEIR DESK BUT IT WAS REALLY ALCOHOL
no recognition unless you are buddy buddy with CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS IN MGMT.
Inclusive / Diverse
most of the employees on the phone are african american and I normally wouldn't mind it, but they are extremely ghetto and ignorant. I'm surprised the company doesn't take that into consideration in the hiring process.

- GET TO KNOW AND APPRECIATE YOUR EMPLOYEES, BETTER COMMUNICATION, HIGHER PAY, KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF PLEASE!

IT WAS A WAY TO PAY A BILL AT THE TIME...THAT'S ALWAYS A POSITIVE. POTLUCKS

MGMT, PAY, COWORKERS, INCONSIDERATION TO WORKERS, CONSTANT CHANGE IN RULES, LIED TO OUR CLIENTS ON A DAILY BASIS.
