Support from management
No. The rules change everyday depending on the moodof upper staff.
Unfortunately, at this company you can't trust anyone. I had to learn the hard way. Upper staff had other employees watching everyone so you never knew how you got in trouble for something insignificant but you realize if you're there for a while that everyone is watching you. It was bizarre
Freedom to work independently
Yes I was until I wasn't. That was only bc upper staff was paranoid. I worked so hard at this company and produced for him incredibly but it didn't matter.
No. I had to figure everything out on my own. Which I didn't mind bc I'm incredibly independent and could figure things out but problems were still blamed on me even if I didn't cause them.
Office / Work Environment
Absolutely not. The environment was more like if you worked there for a long time, you were allowed to make up the rules. If you told HR all the happened was you opened Pandora'so Box.
I'm not sure
No the company has no work life balance. On the day before Christmas, you come to work and you have to wait until management llows you to leave. But they let everyone leave at different times. For no good reason just luck of the drawer. Everyone is trying to make arrangements around the holidays. Why do we have to not be able to tell our families what time we'll be home? I worked long hours. There was an internal memo that all the employees received that read: overtime is mandatory. But then months later I got in trouble for working overtime and I was told by management that he/she had this discussion with me and that I had to leave at a certain time everyday. When I was given this information, I was shocked bc the they never mentioned this to me but they didn't like it when I responded that it was never mentioned to me. I wasn't rude. I just replied to them simply bc I was confused. Why would I stay past the time they told me I can stay at work when theyre closing up at night? It's not a large place. They see me leave every night. Doesn't Make any sense.
I loved my job and I produced extremely well. It was very satisfying and I enjoyed my work.
Inclusive / Diverse
Yes the company values diversity
