Suggestions for improvement
- Please be honest with individuals registering with your company. Take the employee seriously when safety, work environment, and mistreatment by the management staff of the company that the employee is assigned to. Offer a benefit package to hard working, dedicated long term temp employees. Possible, paid time off, vacation, holiday pay,insurance, 401k.
I dislike about the employer
They are not honest with the employees who register with their agency. They mislead the worker in believing there are opportunities with the company they are assigned to, and do not address safety concerns reported by the employees. There is a major miscommunication problem with this company.
