I've hear the president yell at people with the door closed. Never yelled at me personally but you learn how to stay off his radar

Attitude towards older colleagues
I felt sorry for allot of them. I have skills they needed at the time so I just felt bad for how they were treated.

Overall compensation for your work
Pays was little low. But when I took it I was promised a raise after 90days. Never happened
Office / Work Environment
For a programmer working in a call center it was noisy with allot of yelling and bell ringing.
My cubby was old and my chain was even older. My "new" computer would bearly run the software I needed to work. Very fustrating.
They hate when you don't work 50-60hrs.
That's all they care about. Is all superficial.
Laid off after being told they are pulling everything back in house. Lied they outsourced us shortly after all the heavy lifting was done.
Not at all.
One glass door, locked that's about it.

Azure development, my co-workers and the location.
What I dislike about the company
Being lied too, used and basically rode hard and put away wet. Not even a thank you when they laid us off.
