Good mgmt transparency fair compensation

The various departments aren't very willing to help each other out. Knowledge is not freely shared between Department so redundant work is often done

  • Less segmented departments. More transparency from management. They change direction a lot which is why they don’t share news often but it seems like they are just hiding their actions.

What I like about the company

Have learned a lot about technical telephony and About telephone performance analysis.

What I dislike about the company

Not as innovative as some competitors. , poor branding/ marketing since we have been around over 20 years and it’s never heard of.
