Support from management
Very confused, small company so people do as they please.
Some are ok, lack of support and consistency.
Freedom to work independently
Lack of training, planning, overall concept isn't followed through on.
Suggestions for improvement
- HR needs to be more involved in leadership's handling ofthings and create processes and training.
