We are able to operate as a small scale company within a larger corporate umbrella. This encourages tight bonds with coworkers as we rely on each other daily.
Consistently we have meetings with pertinent information though we are not micromanaged. We are shown respect as capable and competent employees.
There is a balance. At times it is very simple and straightforward, at times I am stretched and get to learn new things.
Suggestions for improvement
- Nothing. We are a profitable company with proud employees.
What I like about the company
As long as I am willing to work and put out my best effort I am never left my wanting. Managers are open and approachable with employee needs and suggestions. Above all else we are treated fair and with respect.
What I dislike about the company
There is concern with a shift from being specialists to more of a customer service call center. The knowledge present is invaluable and would be discounted and lost as a call center. The customer would be negatively effected.
