The culture of the leadership is very insulated and closed.
Support from management
The support from leadership is limited to anything with mutually beneficial outcome. Support otherwise is almost non-existant.
If you are allowed into the very cliquish leadership then yes. However, I have personally had leaders misrepresent, misconstrue and outright omit the truth or dispense with it all together in favor if lying.
Freedom to work independently
Yes, subject to sudden changes in policy.
Again, communication is best within the "loop" of the leadership. Some information trickles out, but is often conjecture.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There is not career development.
Overall compensation for your work
Very poor and no benefits.
Office / Work Environment
The space is adequate.
Not at all. But some staff try.
Not really an area of explicit concern.
The outward image is very cultivated. But internally the image is clearly a facade.
No employement contract for almost four years.
The work is challenging, but at the same the results are often hammpered by uninformed decision-making by leadership who are not aware of department-specific needs and/or issues.
Inclusive / Diverse
This is not at all a diverse workplace though the clientele is diverse.
Suggestions for improvement
