Suggestions for improvement
- Try listening to employee complaints. When droves of employees voice displeasure in the administration and eventually leave in disgust there is a message you should hear.
I like about the employer
When I began, it was led by a Godly administrator. It was a good place to work.
I dislike about the employer
New administration was brought in and things went downhill fast. There is almost no one left at the school who was there before the divisive administration. People were laid-off or left in disgust at how the school was being run. People left the school board because some elements of the school board would not listen to the concerns of parents, faculty, and office staff. The divisive administration is no longer there. They were either fired or left because they were about to be fired.
