- Value a diverse workforce , treating employees as valuable assets. Communicate a shared vision and explain what you mean. Get back to your social roots.
I like about the employer
Good location in Bethesda walking distance from Metro. Free onsite fitness center.
I dislike about the employer
Company downsized almost 50% in 2015. Remaining employees are overworked and worried about job security. Very little communication from upper management as to the new vision. Fear and favoritism pervade.
