Workplace Safety

No. There was no training in place at my location to ensure a accident free workplace.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Anything would be better than how it is right now.

I like about the employer

Having the ability to work around life was great, but I think that was basically my supervisor's decision - not a company wide decision.

I dislike about the employer

No leadership from management. Always wondering if this is the week you get laid off.

Extreme cutbacks in benefits - in 3 years employees will be losing their cafeteria plan and health benefits have been drastically cut this year. It looks like HR didn't even try to find a decent plan for everyone - mandatory deductible went from optional zero, to 1,000.

People are now doing the job of 3-4 people (because of layoffs), and not getting any compensation for it - in fact people have gotten their salaries cut and the employees put up with it because they need a job. People are now searching frantically for a job somewhere else before things get any worse.
