Suggestions for improvement
- Better health care, clearer path forward if you wish to advance with the company, other benefits/perks (even as simple as providing drinks/snacks at the office).
What I like about the company
The department I work for allows flexibility to work from home when it’s needed. This is on a department-by-department basis. They are also understanding when it comes to leave.
What I dislike about the company
Currently, the healthcare plan is not nearly as good as it has been in the past. Employees that have been with the company for many years have lost thousands of dollars in pay and benefits because of the changes, but have not been compensated for those lost wages.
