The majority of the employees live from pay check to paycheck so being fired because a person walked on the grass is a questionable corporate priority.

Their good at promoting from within if you ask to be considered.
I saw no signs of basing any decision on being male, female or even being sexually confused.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I saw many people in their late 50s and up still working away.
