As manager, expectations were set too high at expense of pt care quality
Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management should listen to employee suggestions. They should observe daily operations and ask questions rather than assume to know the answer. They should also value their employees through company wide gestures of appreciation.
What I like about the company
The administrator held a tight ship together. Loyalty to the administrator was and is a high compliment to his leadership.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management and higher suits lack vision. Lower management and workers are under appreciated
