Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to employees. Take what you do seriously instead of seeing your employees as a means of growing your bank account. Stop taking a hundred vacations a year and really, truly listen to what employees say on a daily basis.
What I like about the company
Not much. Mostly flexible in hours or needed off time, but no assistance in furthering a career. You're treated as a work horse with no yet her purpose and no promise of more. What you're hired as, is what you'll stay as. Promotions are not given from the inside, and any hard work put in is not recognized. I was there for over 2 years and never had a mention of a raise or any reason to stay and deal with the terrible working conditions. Morale across the board is absolutely horrendous.
