Does a lot on safety
Suggestions for improvement
- Management failures in process that result in massive late fines etc. should be made more accountable. Losses at the end of projects are not prevented by more upfront work, so long term cost savings are ignored for short term budget driven culture
What I like about the company
They say all the right things, and typically supply them
What I dislike about the company
They are not truly interested in the customer or the staff, they are driven by the Shareholders and share price which drives everything. Suggestions to improve service and product are ignored if there is any potential to negatively affect share value through profits, financial concerns not technical rule. Change's that would give long term benefits are ignored for the short term benefits, managers are driven by profit (bonus and share options) so ignore anything that affects this.
