Support from management
There is no support for employees from upper level management. There are also many different ideas from upper management that do not agree with each other.
It seems to be practice to go back several months to address things instead of addressing things as they happen. They also do not respond to employee's expressed concerns.
Depending on job, employees can be penalized for taking time off for vacation or sick time.
The morale is extremely low.
Suggestions for improvement
- Support the employees.
What I like about the company
There is very little I can say I like about Camino Real outside of proximity to where I live.
What I dislike about the company
There is such little support from management for the basic employees in the agency. Communication is minimal and expectations are not realistic.
