Suggestions for improvement
- Owner needs to make himself accessible to all and make a true effort to hire quality people and compensate appropriately in order to retain staff that will honestly take care of customers instead of milking them for all their worth.
- AAA needs to be more thorough in their certification.

I dislike about the employer
Paying bottom dollar for the best they can get, leaves them with a poor staff. Many steal what they can, while the good employees become depressed and are consistently looking for new employment.
