Suggestions for improvement
- The work we do on a day to day basis is pretty tough and there’s always a ton of things you have to remember. I don’t think we’re compensatatd fairly for all the work that we have to do. I also wish the front desk/customer experience team was able to rotate more in the yard.
What I like about the company
Working with dogs and creating great bonds with each of them! I’m a total people & dog person, and I have a very positive energy that makes it easy to connect to the owners and make them feel good about leaving their pup(s) with us. We really do treat them like our own!
What I dislike about the company
The pay is horrible and they do not offer healthcare
