Suggestions for improvement
- I would focus more projects on fixing broken processes that regularly consume time.
What I like about the company
Compensation is at the top for my field in this area. People are generally relaxed and nice. The culture is tending towards less formal.
What I dislike about the company
Understaffing needs to be addressed. There needs to be more of a focus on fixing broken things to free up time to work on new things.
