Culture is one of the worst I have seen in a company. No direction or leadership provided. Employees are left to their own devices. Which in this case was horrible.
Support from management
Again the support wasn't there, even if you addressed it with your manager. Then if you went to upper management, you were reprimanded.
Managers were only there to gain profit and forget the rest of their team. Cut throat!
Freedom to work independently
That was the only way Campers Inn would have it, no direction or leadership in this company. Sink or swim, never given the tools to succeed. The reason all locations have huge turn over.
Only communication given was negative, never positive. Very confusing!
Females are not given the same RESPECT a man would being the nature of the company. Even though a female and male were the innovators of the start of this company.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They will replace you if you are older.
Office / Work Environment
people are back stabbers that work for Campers Inn.
The training they did provide was to travel to Sobel or Spader at your up front cost, which you had to schedule and be at regardless of the time or location.
They lie to customers and to the employees.
Inclusive / Diverse
Your ideas if shared would go on deaf ears. No support in your opinion!
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop the lies and value people again.
What I like about the company
That they are growing, but at who's expense.
What I dislike about the company
They dont respect their own CORE VALUES: Integrity,Teamwork,Excellence and Corporate Sustainability. Huge fail!
