Suggestions for improvement
- I would have upper management be more communicative with staff about changes.
What I like about the company
I have always been paid very generously at my company. We receive great paid time off benefits. There is open dialogue when we have issues. Fair annual reviews and opportunities for raises and advancement.
What I dislike about the company
When making changes that would be considered negative by staff, they will often keep quiet until the last minute. Then they often have to backtrack to explain changes.
