if it isn't a project being pushed from much higher up there isn't a lot of interest or resources made available
Suggestions for improvement
- Salaries, raises, and promotions should tied directly to performance.
I like about the employer
Camso is a large, healthy company with forward thinking leadership that is willing to invest in improvements and opportunities.
I dislike about the employer
The site culture is one of mediocrity, where most are content with doing enough to not get in trouble. I believe this is abnormal in the company as a whole, however. I think it is due, in large part, to complacency but it's a draining atmosphere.
