Support from management
Leadership had a less than basic ability to support the support team. Their unsavory methods, helter-skelter approach to the way they managed the support team led to the high turn over.
The team work amongst the support staff was negatively affected by management's dishonest tactics.
Freedom to work independently
Did not exist...
Culture was negatively affected by management. Management used, and abused the talent it hired.
Owner showed favoritism to his friends that he hired to start the company. They were given liberties in regards to their time and attendance...
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions were that of a basic call center; cubes thrown in a room.
