Dobler Management will blatantly blame their employees in front of the customer ignoring all the company policies- leaving their employees with 0 managarial support.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop undermining and overworking your own mangers. Get rid of the "specialty leasers" as they fill up your property with felons and other undesirable junk. Slow down with blind greed, you might get some dependable residents to stick around for once.
What I like about the company
Pool accessibility and location- makes it easy to attract customers.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of discipline, lack of communication, always understaffed.
