Suggestions for improvement
- If this company started a management training program to teach management how to actually direct, encourage and communicate with their employees.
They need to manage, instruct, listen. Too much favoritism.
Management needs to learn how to talk to their employees.
The only way you get promoted is if you are in the click.
Benefits are awesome. Cafeteria is really convenient.
