I like about the employer
Capital Bank was always looking to expand. They never stopped looking at other banking institutions to acquire, or to merge with.
I dislike about the employer
Capital Bank became too large, and the management team was not able to successfully integrate all departments into one effective team. The IT team alone was very fractured, with the server team / helpdesk team / software development team not communicating what the other department was doing. There was little to no communication / coordination of bank wide implementations.
