Suggestions for improvement
- Human resources needs to overhaul certain departments and better protect employee interests. Micro management can be a problem particularly in compliance areas.
Due to the environment the smallest mistake could get you fired HIPA laws
they make you think you are offering ideas, but never follow up on suggestions
You either fit in right away or you never will. Training is never completely given, Things are always left out until an error happens & then it falls all on you .
The communicate is there , as in 10yr old emails. when someone new comes on they all think you were part of the original message & they tell you go look for the email.
