A Crain-owned Company

Company Culture

Changed format several times in a two year span until they sold the company. That's their culture.

Support from management

You would think a radio station would know how to communicate. Nope. Nope

Teamwork

They actively supported infighting over clients

Freedom to work independently

Micromanaged to death. I mean to death

Internal Communication

None. Whatsoever.

Office / Work Environment

If you love meetings while being screamed at by a speaker phone then this is the place for you.

Challenging Work

No matter what you sold it was never right.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Sell the business, which they did

What I like about the company

That I left

What I dislike about the company

Daily berated every employee, even the radio hosts. Not one person liked pulling into that parking lot to begin work. When I brought this up to Owner, his remark was tell them to find another place to work. We did.
