Company Culture

Culture is young, idiotic, and unstructured.

Support from management

Managment will act helpful until they get what they want out of you in the first week then fire you. It's a revolving door ponzi scheme.

Teamwork

They will sale you lies about their "team" their team is you making them money but when you do not make enough sale as no one does you will be cold shouldered and shut down by management.

Freedom to work independently

you absolutely have the freedom yet you will not reap the rewards your hours will not be compensated.

Internal Communication

Thomas Cargill your boss will NEVER answer your calls when you need help and on an off chance he does it will be filled with smug sarcastic dialog unhelpful to your situation

Attitude towards older colleagues

They only hire young, inexperienced, fall for there lies candidates they can chop off the block like nothing ever happened.

Career Development

there turnover rate does not allow you to develop your career. This is a JOB not a career.

Overall compensation for your work

You will be promised all the money you can handle and it will sound so good its to good to be true. 3 weeks after you start you will receive a sad measly paycheck. You will not be compensated for all your hours devoted and slaved for. They edit you clock-in sheets which are pieces of paper that get "lost" on occasion.

Office / Work Environment

they have no office. Literally they rent an office space for the boss and shove you in one 10x10 room like sardines, the air conditioner is hardly ever on and force you to stand against the wall.

Work-Life Balance

Good luck. If you do not make enough sales in the hours they designate for you to be in the store you will be shamed and threatened to be fired if you do not work unpaid overtime. Also if you chose to not do the overtime they will doctor your time sheets and short your check. A check you will not receive until working 3 weeks at the company.

Company Image

Ratchet!

Job Security

NONE. Revolving door. Do not make friends because you wont see anyone for long.

Workplace Safety

Your dealing with strangers, safety doesn't exist. Also on road trips, hope you don't get a flat tire because your boss will drive off and leave you and your coworkers stranded in another state without any worries of how 4 women will make it home. Absolute disregard for safety.

Challenging Work

You literally hassle people shopping to try and sell them cable in walmart and sams. Good Luck.

Inclusive / Diverse

There is very little diversity.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Grow up, go back to school for business management then try and run a company, stop lying, learn how to not be ratchet, go back to Alabama because your company is a disgrace to the Ridgeland area.

What I like about the company

Absolutely nothing, this was the most unprofessional environment i have ever worked in.

What I dislike about the company

Everything, the lies you are fed do not compensate the time they will rob you of. This is the absolute worst place to work.
