Company Culture

The company culture is unprofessional all around. From the top of the chain to the lower ranks. At any mandatory meeting you can expect to here deragatory slang as well as profanity. It's tolerated by upper management and ownership.

Support from management

No leadership support what so ever. The leaders promoted within the company are not at all skilled, let alone qualified for their positions.

Teamwork

If you get a group of steady colleagues to work with it can make for a better shift. The majority of situations I've been witness to are colleagues who are very unprofessional. Colleagues who talk about and fight with fellow colleagues. There are too many personal issues bought into the work place.

Freedom to work independently

Work is not equally distributed. There is no real penalty for calling out. The ones punished for colleagues calling out are the employees who show up to work and are then expected to work double shifts at will. The leadership within the company don't respect your personal time.

Internal Communication

There are regular meetings. Getting personal tasks done on an individual basis within the company is nearly impossible as they do not reply to emails nor phone calls.

Gender Equality

Women and men are on equal footing.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Most colleagues including promoted leaders were unprofessional.

Career Development

If you make it to the year mark consider yourself lucky.

Overall compensation for your work

For your job qualifications, you're definitely underpaid. There are no benefits. You will be paid on time.

Office / Work Environment

This all depends on where you're assigned to work. I've been on both ends of the spectrum.

Environmental Friendliness

Not too sure on this subject

Work-Life Balance

As long as you work the hours and any overtime the demand you work, you'll be within good standing with them. They have no regard for personal obligations.

Company Image

This company has a bad image with current and former employees alike.

Job Security

I feel like a situation could happen at any moment to cause me not to work for them any time.

Handicapped Accessibility

No accessibility

Workplace Safety

I will say that the standard set in place are being followed.

Challenging Work

This is a thankless job.

What I like about the company

It provides me with a steady income.

What I dislike about the company

The blatant unprofessionalism.
